What this site collects

Nothing, until you choose to send something. The site runs no analytics, no advertising scripts, and no tracking pixels, and it sets no cookies.

If you submit the contact form, the fields you fill in — what you asked for, your name, business name, business email, website, and what you described, plus phone number, areas of interest, budget, timing, and the tools you use if you add them — are delivered to us so we can reply.

If you arrived from a link we sent you, that link may carry a reference for the message it came from, and it is delivered with the form so we can connect the two.

How a form submission travels

The form is delivered through Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, which forwards your submission to our inbox and does not use it for its own purposes. From there it lives as ordinary email correspondence.

Submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry and carry on that conversation. They are never added to a marketing list, sold, or shared.

How long it is kept

As long as ordinary business correspondence: long enough to reply, refer back to, and follow up on. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email us and it will be removed.

What your browser fetches

Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google's servers receive the standard technical details of any web request (such as your IP address and browser type) when the fonts are fetched.

The site is served through Cloudflare, whose infrastructure keeps standard, short-lived server logs of requests, as almost all web hosting does.

The site may keep a small preference in your own browser — for example, that you dismissed a banner. That never leaves your device and expires with your session.

Questions or deletion requests

Email solutions@highkey.solutions. A person reads it, and requests to correct or delete your information are honoured.
